Ordering process

Here's a brief outline of the ordering process:
  1. Please, enter your name/phone/email/address into the form along with the products you would like to get. Press "Order" button.
  2. Within 1 day you will receive e-mail responce with the estimated delivery price and time.
  3. Use Paypal to transfer the necessary amount. Our prices are in Japanese Yen, so Paypal will do the currency conversion.
  4. After the payment is confirmed, items are shipped and you will get the confirmation e-mail with the tracking number.

Order changes or cancellations

We do not encourage this, but you may change your order or cancel it before shipping. Just send us e-mail and get a new quote or refund. Unfortunately we cannot cancel shipped orders.

Returns

We accept returns within 1 week from the date you receive the shipment. Please, send us e-mail to receive RMA and return address. Usually returns result in full refund after we inspect the returned products.
